What sets me apart is my extensive journey as an entrepreneur since 2009. I’ve had my share of failed businesses, but each experience taught me valuable lessons. I started my journey of digital marketing in 2018 when I started my first business and decided to make my own website and graphics. Since then I’ve been making my own graphics and websites. MY WORK JOURNEY
I have worked as a nanny, hairdresser, sales rep, and the list goes on, but one thing that has always stuck with me was to have that space where I could be my creative self. I fell in love with digital creation! Hence I started my virtual assistant courses.

I have over 4+ years of experience in creating beautiful websites, a drop shipping website, social media content, and, most recently, a digital website solely focused on digital products.

There are no absolutely no refunds on any and all digital products.
Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

7Figure Branding Queen is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to natural disasters, the shipping company, or any issues beyond our control. There are no refund or exchange of any items bought due to sanitary concerns, if you received the wrong item please provide evidence as described throughout our Store Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. i.e. The stickers and any other stationery cannot be used, worn, torn, modified, cut or damaged. The packages CANNOT be ripped from the packed all product has to return to us sealed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection if there’s an exchange. If rejected you will be responsible for shipping.
If you are approved, then your exchange of the wrong item will be processed, and your item/s will be shipped.
CANCELLATION
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a 10% flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Usually 7-10 business days.
